Mountain Snow – Shipping Policy

At Mountain Snow, we are committed to delivering your winter gear quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are shipped.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship to that location.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier:

International 10–25 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method

Promotions such as Free Shipping may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.


5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages
